Executive Director
Alshandra Visagie
Reverend Alshandra Visagie, originally from South Africa, has been married for 23 years and is a mother to Olandra and Aldrin. With 23 years of experience in banking, she began volunteering at CNMC and rose to become the Executive Director in March 2023. Alshandra is skilled in worship ministries and counseling, and she actively supports Cactus Nazarene Ministries' mission to share the love of Jesus Christ with diverse communities in Cactus.
Teen Mentorship Coordinator
Olbin Visagie
Reverend Olbin Visagie, a South African native, has been married for 23 years and has two children, Olandra and Aldrin. With a Bachelor's degree in Theology, he leads an international church plant in Cactus and serves as the Teen Mentorship Coordinator. Reverend Olbin has extensive experience in leading multi-cultural churches and youth ministries across several South African congregations. He is dedicated to spreading the love of Jesus Christ through Cactus Nazarene Ministries.
Media Coordinator & Accredited DoJ
Scarlin De la Cruz
Scarlin is originally from the Dominican Republic but came to cactus from Bourbonnais Illinois in 2020, where she graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a bachelor's of science in the Multimedia Studies field. Scarlin is the Multimedia coordinator for CNMC. She maintains and develops the CNMC Website, FaceBook, and the monthly Newsletter. She also assists in the front office and helps translate spanish for our Immigration services. .
Scarlin is an amazing cook and her scones and traditional Dominican food are legendary among the staff of CNMC!
Ministry Teams Coordinator
Todd Forrest
Reverend Todd Forrest, originally from Indiana, holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Olivet Nazarene University and an M.A. in Religion from Southern Nazarene University. He has pastored in Oklahoma, Indiana, Colorado, and Texas, and has directed Compassionate Ministry Centers in Denver and Chicago Metro. Todd has also worked as a residential treatment therapist in Denver and as a Special Projects Editor for Sunday School Ministries at Nazarene Headquarters in Kansas City. He and his wife, Raquel, have three daughters: Celeste (married to Joseph Blissett), Aliza, and Estrella.

Raqueliz Cintron Forrest "Raqui"
Reverend Raquel Liz Cintrón, known as "Raqui," hails from Puerto Rico and met her husband, Todd, in Guatemala during a short-term mission trip. She earned her Bachelor of Religion from Southern Nazarene University and an M.A. in Religion from Olivet Nazarene University. Raqui has pastored alongside Todd in Oklahoma, Indiana, Colorado, and Texas, and has directed Compassionate Ministry Centers in Denver and Chicago Metro. She has also worked for Catholic Charities and the Salvation Army in Denver and Kansas City. Raqui and Todd have three daughters: Celeste (married to Joseph Blissett), Aliza, and Estrella.
EAL Coordinator
Yesica Chavira
Yesica has lived in cactus her entire life and is well integrated into the community. Her previous teaching experience has been at the elementary school as a substitute teacher for a number of years. Yesica is bilingual in English and Spanish and is using this skill to relate with a larger variety of students. Having Yesica here at the Center has been a big asset to the ESL ministry. She brings an energetic spirit and creative ideas to enhance the English classes held here. Yesica and her husband are raising their three kids here and though they have done some traveling to other places, they truly love this small town and the diverse, friendly community here.
Office Administrator & Media Support Staff
Claraisa Martinez
Claraisa was born and raised in Cactus, TX. She started working as the front desk secretary for The Well in fall of 2020. Then, served in a different role as Medical Assistant. Her duties as a MA included taking vitals of patients, asking some questions regarding their health, drawing their blood, and carrying out other necessary lab work. She has joined the Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center family part time as front desk and staff sand some of her duties include answering the phones, directing clients to the appropriate personal, and assisting clients and staff members in the day-to-day operations of CNMC.
Immigration Support Staff
Isabel Posada
​Isabel Posada is originally from El Salvador. She came to the US at age 18 as a student, and since then has been granted Citizenship. Isabel has trained and obtained a Vocational Nurse License. Isabel is part of our Americorps partnership and has joined the CNMC family as Immigration support staff. Some of her duties include contacting clients and scheduling them with one of our DOJ accredited representatives, as well as filing & translating. In addition to serving with us, Isabel is the Client Coordinator for CareNet of Dalhart TX where she resides.

Dr. Denise Anderson
Dr. Denise came to Cactus after helping plant a church with her husband, Phil Anderon, daughter and son-in-law. She volunteers at CNMC, serves as a Department of Justice representative for the Immigration Center, writes grants, and assists in various ministries. Denise holds a Master's and PhD in Social Work and a Master's in Pastoral Ministry from Northwest Nazarene University (NNU). She and her husband, Phil, served as missionaries in Thailand, the Dominican Republic, and South Africa. Denise is grateful to work with diverse people groups in Cactus, bringing her global ministry experience to one place.
Care Coordinator
Trent Britten
Trent Britten is originally from Groom, TX; he graduated (in a class of 9) in 2009. In 2016, he received his Bachelor of Science in Health Science and began working on his Master of Science in social work in 2022. Trent has experience working with the homeless population of Amarillo, clients experiencing intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD), and individuals in memory care. He joins the Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center family as an intern for the MSSW program at West Texas A&M University through AmeriCorps. He hopes to graduate with his Masters in December of 2024.
